The new Art & Lutherie family draws inspiration from the classic American Western guitars of the early 1900s. Handcrafted in the small town of Princeville, Canada, 95% of the woods used are North American Sitka Spruce, Silver Leaf Maple, and Wild Cherry.
No trees are felled to build an Art & Lutherie guitar; only trees that have fallen naturally are used, typically hundreds of years old. The factory is powered by hydroelectricity, as environmental consideration is paramount to Art & Lutherie.

The Legacy series is a Folk model perfect for Blues and Singer/Songwriters. They are available with or without a built-in microphone system and with or without a cutaway.
